Last year on June 23, 2007 during my speech before the White House I said

“Three days ago on June 20, 2007 as a torture survivor, on my way to Washington D.C, to attend the United Nations International week to commemoration of the Torture Victims and Survivors, the U.S. Intelligence and Secret Services emotionally tortured me for 45 minutes by sending me to the Maximum Security Control Line in the McCarran Airport of the Las Vegas, Nevada.”

Of course, when I arrived at the TASSC office in the Washington D.C, I reported them that my name is on the U.S. Government Watch List. I showed my flight ticket to TASSC office including Sister Dianna Ortiz, and Orlando Tizon, and said them that while checking my flight ticket, the Ticket Agent at the ticket counter called the U.S. Intelligence Services with the “Red Phone” then she told me that because my name is on the U.S. Government Watch List, so she has to send me to the line 9 of the Maximum Security Control Line.

This is also very important that the same time I called TASSC office from McCarran Airport and informed them that I am facing problems.

Later after I arrived to Las Vegas from Washington D.C, I called the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to find out what is wrong; and the TSA told me that my name is on the Watch List, which is abnormal, because I am a U.S. Citizen while the watch List is for residents not the Citizens.

From beginning of 2007 I have always been followed by the U.S. Intelligence and Secret Services members, and many times they showed themselves to me while they have been taking my photos, or even recording my activities by Video Cameras.

Later somehow I found some of them are the FBI Task Force Officers, and some of them Homeland Security Officers.

Every time that I faced something like that in addition of the International Organization and my connections at the United Nations, I reported the issues to CJA and TASSC too.

Finally the CJA sent me a form of TSA, and I sent that form to TSA asking them to remove my name from their list, because I am a U.S. Citizen and that list is for U.S. residents not the Citizens; in addition, I called FBI, Homeland Security, CIA, National Security Agency, U.S. Government Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism, and U.S. Secret Services to find out why and who put my name on that list? I sent the TSA form last November 2007, and still I am waiting for the result.

After a while people (My old friends who know me for several years) around the Nevada Desert Experience (NDE) said me that they have been told Sister Megan Rice the office manager of the NDE that: “Mokhtar is trying to make himself very important person, so this is why I says that his name is on the Watch List, and the U.S. Government Agencies are following him.”

On the other side, the Helping Hand Coordinator of the TASSC International Mr. Orlando Tizon in addition of telling to people in D.C same as Sister Megan Rice, he also has said that Mokhtar is suffering mental disorders this is why he thinks that the U.S. Government agents are following him. In addition, many times he has sent the following answer to my E-mails regarding to complain about the problems I am facing with the U.S. Government Officials.

Dear Mokhtar,

Keep us posted of any unusual developments there in your situation,

As I suggested to you months ago- try to keep calm and your mind clear,

I’m also thinking that that incident in the airport when you were coming to DC could very well

Bebecause they became suspicious when the xray machine was triggered by the metal parts inYour body. Why not tell this to your doctor and he can write a note for airport security when you travel.

Another suggestion: have you tried Buddhist meditation? It might help, it has helped many.

I’m sure there are a number there in LV who practice it. Even some in your Nevada desert group.

As you see at the above answer by Orlando to my E-mail, instead of calling and asking more details about my problems he is judging me.

First of all, I told TASSC, NDE, CJA, and ACLU that the Watch List hit occurred before the X-Ray machine at the ticket counter; in addition, the X-Ray machine is looking for weapons or shapes of weapons, not body surgical parts.

The ACLU did completely nothing for me, even after the CJA Attorneys talked to Mr. Gary Peck the Executive Director of ACLU in Las Vegas, Nevada.

But both TASSC and NDE instead of helping me, continued to destroy my credibility by saying to people that: “Mokhtar is suffering mental disorders, he is showing himself an important person, and…” in addition, both TASSC and NDE continued their false presumptions and pre-judgments to rationalize the action on behalf of the United States Government.

What they did not disclosed, was their lake of integrity and their close relationship with the United States Government agents, the evidence to date compounding and damning.

Followings are two major issues of the TASSC’ Mission and Goals:

· Monitor human rights violations in nations where TASSC members may be at risk

· Operate Helping Hands, a direct assistance program for survivors

Which as a massacre and torture survivor with 113 surgeries and procedures I have never had any of the two above benefits from the TASSC, so TASSC is not what they claim to be.

Based on my personal experiences, studies, researches, and strong documents and evidences; in addition, the experiences you have shared:

Evidences, factual and circumstantial leads to the rational deduction that the TASSC herein is not what they claim to be. False representation and hidden agenda is indicia of duplicity deviant hypocrisy and fundamental dishonesty.

Exposure of the TASSC regarding the negative and corrupt people makes the TASSC a real independent organization.

Perhaps, then Sister Dianna Ortiz will tell you the entire truth about her resignation.
