I and the entire my family members (Including my mother, sisters, and brother) have been subject to middle aged tortures by the Iranian anti human regime, and Iranian murderer regime executed my father after tortures, and put his body into the grave while he was still alive.

 

Within this letter you will be informed that how the individuals from TASSC who are connected to the individuals at Nevada Desert Experience (NDE) working with the Iran regime’ secret services agents who are connected to the U.S. Law Enforcements attempted to set me up for prison, and how I could save the TASSC members from being arrested at the Russell Senate Office Building on June 26, 2007. that was in deed a plot by TASSC office, NDE, and Iran regime agents.

 

This letter is in three parts. The first part is Congressional Visit with the TASSC International Members on June 26, 2007 and the part two is TASSC’ Connection to Iran Regime Supporters and agents, and part three is the TASSC’ Hidden Agenda.

 

The content of this letter is respectfully, based on strong documents and evidences; in addition, is not against my respect to the world-wide torture survivors, but as a truth writer I have to inform you and the entire community, and I have already informed Iranian truth writers and real freedom fighters.

 

This is a public annulment.  

 

Exposure of the TASSC regarding the negative and corrupt people makes the TASSC a real independent organization.

Dear Friends,

 

In addition of torture survivors I believe you the “Men and women who risked their lives to prove their truths.”

 

Last year I had a very lovely week with you in Washington D.C. As a massacre and a torture survivor from Iran, I was a TASSC member from 2006, and last year I had a very lovely time with you in Washington D.C. Last year as my duty I saved TASSC and the entire members at the Russell Senate Office Building, the story of the incident is here.

 

I am writing this to you right now because I know very soon you will have a gathering in the Washington D.C, so that you have enough time to study this message and make your final decision within your gathering on June 2008. I also had to complete my studies and researches to make sure about what I am writing.

 

The entire of this message is related to each of you. This is your right to be informed of what exactly is happening inside your organization, every single incident must be reported to each of you, so that in future you will be able to face your legal liabilities; therefore, stand for your rights before that is too late. Otherwise you cannot face your legal liabilities in future correctly. All my claims are based on truth and strong evidences.

 

Congressional Visit with the TASSC International Members on June 26, 2007

 

As you know on June 26, 2007 we were at the Russell Senate Office Building in Washington D.C, to challenge Senators regarding to Military Commission Act of 2006 (MCA). The negotiations started with a representative of Senator Christopher J. Dodd (Connecticut) in a different room next to Senator’s office. In that meeting with the Senator Dodd’s representative I was going to challenge him, because although I knew that Senator Dodd asked for repeal of MCA, but there was many questions to be answered by and through his representative.

 

 

The MCA is an act by the U.S. Congress, why in his speech did Senator Dodd claim or infer that President Bush was responsible solely for the MCA? Why Senator Dodd did not stop the MCA at the Senate?

 

After introducing myself I started to ask the questions, but suddenly Terry Coonan the Executive Director of the Center for the Advancement of Human Rights at Florida University asked me to stop, and following him Sister Dianna Ortiz with her hands pointed me to cut. So, I stopped and did not continue. While I was thinking if I cannot speak here so why am I here? These people (Sister Dianna the TASSC Founder, and Terry Coonan a so-called Human Rights Attorney) want democracy, but they do not let me talk in my own country’ Senate. Bothe Sister Dianna and Terry Coonan did not want as an Iranian freedom fighter I find opportunity to talk in Senate, in deed they wanted me censored.

 

After that puppet-show, we were going to Senator Jeff Bingaman (New Mexico); in the way to Senator Bingaman’s office suddenly one of the torture survivors grabbed my arm aggressively and threatened me by saying: “Mokhtar, if you say one word in the place we are going, I will punch your mouths; as the same time showing his fist to me. At that condition I realized that this could be the plot that before I arrive to Washington D.C, I was warned about. Especially that before that, Terry Coonan was talking to him, then that torture survivor did that action.

 

I know the U.S. Law (I got my associate degree at Law in Iran in 1980s, and in addition of the International Law, I am researching the U.S. Law from 5 years ago), so I knew that I had few seconds to take one of the options to face that plot, because at that condition I did not have more than three options.

 

1. To show that torture survivor that although the Iran regime was able to torture me, but it does not mean that everybody can assault and battery on my person.

 

Or

 

2. To call the security gourds and have them resolve the problem based on the Public Law, applicable,

 

 

Or

      

 

3. To control myself and leave the Senate Building.

 

Grabbing someone’s arm aggressively and threatening him/ her is assault and battery on that person, and is a crime.

 

I knew if I choose option 1 or option 2 the entire TASSC members would be arrested in the Russell Senate Office Building with charge of the Violation of Federal Law and Loitering.

 

Therefore I decided the third option and left the Russell Senate Office Building.

 

At the same time, Sister Dianna Ortiz tried to stop me.

 

She said: “Mokhtar I am so sorry; please stay and do not go!”

 

I looked at her, while thinking that I cannot accept her empathy.

 

I proceeded to the Mc-Donald Building at the Catholic University of Washington D.C, and took my laptop and suitcase. On my way to the subway system I saw Orlando Tizon the TASSC Helping Hand Coordinator, who, with a philosophical expression on his face told me: “Mokhtar, I believe, you have some mental disorders, so listen to my advice, and go to a psychologist; you are crazy, and need immediate medical attention.”

 

I controlled myself considerably, so I wouldn’t laugh at him, I did not want to break his sense of self-importance. As the same time, I was asking myself that: Is this person able to make Social Changes in the United States? Is he able to stop the torture? Wasn’t it much better instead of judging me, first he ask what happened, and why I left the Russell Senate Office Building, and then judge me and make his final statement?

 

Later some of you, the TASSC members called and apologized for what happened and said after I left; you have been told by the TASSC office people that Mokhtar is suffering mental disorders!

 

 

Now you have more knowledge to make your final statement.

 

I knew that the TASSC member threatened me at the Russell Senate office Building, was ignorance to the Federal Law, otherwise he would accept to act like that in the Russell Senate Office Building. But do you know why these people put that torture survivors against me at the Russell Senate Office Building? Because they do not want TASSC anymore, they knew that all we would be arrested at the Russell Senate office Building, what exactly they wanted and needed to destroy the TASSC credibility.

 

They thought that I will take option 1 or 2 (Because they think I am suffering mental disorders), but they could never imagine that I would take the option 3 to control myself and leave the Russell Senate Office Building. In deed we were not important for them, but their inhuman benefit was the most important for them. So, do not let them to take advantage of you.

 

At the last picture which at the last moments I made it, attention to the body language of the Terry Coonan and that so-called torture survivor, you will see the cooperation satisfaction. Why Terry Coonan put that torture survivor against me?

 

 

Why the individuals from TASSC office, and individuals connected to the TASSC office in Las Vegas, Nevada have been misrepresenting my profile to people, and misguiding the people by saying that Mokhtar is suffering mental disorders. Why they have been trying to destroy my credibility?

 

I have the entire this information by those who are my friends and these individuals from TASSC office and the Las Vegas thought that those people are not connected to me.

 

Last year on June 2007 when I arrived at the TASSC office in Washington D.C, until the last moment when we went to the Russell Senate Office Building, five times, I asked Sister Dianna Ortiz for few minutes to talk to her about issues regarding to TASSC, but she denied my request. I knew she was forced to deny my request. If she was given her time, she would never leave TASSC, and/ or she would end TASSC before she leaves.

Perhaps, then Sister Dianna Ortiz will tell you the entire truth about her resignation.

TASSC’ Connection to Iran Regime Supporters

 

In 2006 I became familiar with TASSC international. I was so happy that finally, I could find other torture survivors I could relate to. My first connection with TASSC was in 2006, when I mailed my compendium as a recognized political refugee by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), my medical documents, x-rays, confirmations by my medical team who were trying to save my life from 2000, documents regarding to my U.S. Citizenship, and my resume regarding to my political activities from 1978 when I was 15 until 2006 including my experiences of political prison and torture, which Orlando Tizon asked to send them again in a phone call.

 

Of course I had to send my documents two times, based on the USPS my documents had been received by the TASSC at the first time, but Sister Alice Zachman said: “We have not received your documents”, so I sent them again. From beginning, TASSC office seemed like suspicion up me; they could not or did not want to accept that there could be a torture survivor from Iran.

 

On October 2006 Orlando Tizon called and gave me the address of Nevada Dessert Experience (NDE) in Las Vegas/ Nevada, same being an organization which opposes the U.S. Government nuclear weapons activities, to visit Fr. Jerry Zawada a torture survivor. I knew that possibly Orlando Tizon wants to check my statues; in addition, I knew that there could be more reason for his advice to visit Fr. Jerry.

 

Again I was happy because this time in addition of the torture survivors I was able to be with those who oppose the nuclear weapons activities. I am the person who for the first time offered the information of the Iranian regime’ nuclear weapon projects to the UN representative on December 1998. My health was severely impaired because of tortures by the Iranian regime’ interrogators, in 1997 my last arrest was consequence of my researches on the Iranian regime’ nuclear weapons projects.

 

From 2000 until know I have had hundreds of surgeries and procedures, many parts of my body are artificial. For seven years from 2000 to 2007 I was unable to walk on my feet, I had to tolerate power wheel chair, tens of nerves in my body being blocked or cut by the “Radio Frequency Technology.”

 

I called Fr. Jerry, in Las Vegas, as soon as Orlando Tizon gave his contact information.

 

When I saw Fr. Jerry Zawada at the NDE office in Las Vegas/ Nevada, I had been living in Las Vegas for almost seven years, many people knew me based on my interviews with news papers, my articles also being in those papers. When I met Fr. Jerry, I was walking with the walker as the result of EMG and Radio Frequency, or sometimes even in the wheel chair.

 

From the beginning, in my first contact with the NDE people started warning me about Sister Megan Rice, the office manager of the NDE who was misrepresenting me to the people. Many of those people already knew who I was, so they started warning me about her negative actions regarding me, and my profile.

 

When first time I saw her, with Fr. Jerry, she accused me being an agent of the U.S. Government because she believed that Iran regime was a good regime. She said: “The CIA brings people like you to use them against the Americans, and mislead them about the truths of Iran, so you are faking! You are not even a torture survivor.

 

To verify that this is her belief or is something else, I invited Sister Megan, Fr. Louie, and Fr. Jerry to my home to show them where I am living and help them familiarize themselves with me, and my life. I thought that if they had enough understanding that a CIA source would not live in a place like I was living in, with meager economic possibilities, they might change their impressions.

 

But people’s reports proved that she was continuing to misrepresenting me, and still acting negatively about my profile to the people who she thought they do not know me. Many times she told me: “Are you here to obtain our information for the U.S. authorities?”

 

Therefore, I knew that there must be something more than her professes belief. I had to patiently await the truth beyond of all her behavior, to find why she was doing this?

 

Very soon I found, in part, the truths, when she announced that John Amidon, who was in Iran and shaken the hands of those responsible for the tortures and murder of hundreds of thousands Iranian people from 1978, the terrorists who are responsible for terrorizing the Iranian helpless people, killing and massacre of Iranians, Europeans, and Americans, who are responsible for killing and massacre of Muslims, Christians, Jewish and many others in Iran and around the world. Sister Megan Rice introduced John Amidon, as a person who she saw for the first time at the Fort Benning Georgia.

 

Months later I found Sister Megan Rice communicated often with the Iranians living in Las Vegas, Nevada, who came to the United States as refugees, but traveling to Iran often. Many times I asked her to stay away of these people.

 

As you know a refugee is someone who has problem with his/ her country’s Government, but the simple question is, how these people are in the trouble with the Iranian regime, and traveling to Iran, possessing connection with two key people of NDE in Las Vegas Nevada, Sister Megan Rice the NDE office manager, and John Amidon the interior coordinator of NDE who has met Iranian authorities in Tehran/ Iran, amazingly both of them are misrepresenting an Iranian Freedom Fighter (Me) who has been fighting entire his life against the Iran regime to people.

 

Many times cooperating together the Iranian friends of NDE, attempted to created circumstance resulting in my arrest by the U.S. Law Enforcements.

 

One time they attempted to arrange and induce a false illegal immigration marriage.

 

On June 26, 2007 I knew what is happening to me at the Russell Senate Office Building was with knowledge of and complete cooperation of the cited people from Las Vegas/ Nevada and their connection at the TASSC International office in the Washington D.C.

 

I discovered Sister Megan Rice’ connection to these Iranian people when she gave my phone number to one of them to apparently help me with my financial needs to fix the broken transmission of my car. My car is a birthday gift from my friends on May 2006 for my medical needs; otherwise I had no money to buy a car.

 

On Saturday March 31, 2007 the transmission of my car broke while I was returning to the Las Vegas from a U.S. Test Site protest in Nevada. I took my car to mechanic, but I had to wait for my friends to gather money to fix my car.

 

One day Sister Megan called and asked me if I need money? I answered, yes, I need money to fix my broken car, but I am waiting my friends gather money. She asked if she can give my number to some of her Iranian friends so that they can help me.

 

That was the time that I found more connection between her and the Iranian regime people.

 

First I found her connection to someone who was in Iran (John Amidon the interior coordinator of NDE), and then her connection to the so-called Iranian refugees with the background of their connection to the Islamic Revolutionary Gourd Crops (IRGC).

 

These Iranian people the friends of Sister Megan, called and visited me at my home, few weeks later one of them called and offered money for the false immigration marriage so that I would have money to buy a good car. They did not know that I have already studied Law in Iran, and I know that immigration false marriage is a Federal Felony, so their answer was negative. Therefore, they could not expose me to Federal Criminal Liability.

 

Now let’s review TASSC International nexus to and between Sister Megan Rice and John Amidon at the NDE and their Iranian friends connected to IRGC and U.S. Government Agencies.

 

Orlando Tizon is the Helping Hands Coordinator at the TASSC International; he gave me the contact information to visit Fr. Jerry Zawada at the NDE, Sister Megan Rice the office manager of NDE is connected to John Amidon the interior coordinator of NDE who has met Iranian authorities in Tehran/ Iran; In addition, Sister Megan gave my phone number to her Iranian friends connected to IRGC and U.S. Government Agencies, and her Iranian friends who knew I need money to fix my broken car, attempted to induce me into false marriage to receive money.

 

Do you think that this collective conduct happened to me accidently?

 

But isn’t it interesting that the founder of TASSC International has to resign? Isn’t it a joke? Do you remember that I wrote that was like joke for me when I heard that Sister Dianna Ortiz is stepping down and no longer would be the executive director of TASSC, the organization which she founded it? What is going on behind the scene?

TASSC’ Hidden Agenda

 

On Saturday May 03, 2008 I called TASSC office to talk to brother Demissie the new executive director, Sister Alice Zachman answered my call and said: “Demissie is not here, and TASSC office is closed until Monday and nobody would be here. I knew she lied, because I already knew that there is an ongoing meeting, the meeting was an ICOH GATHERING at the TASSC office for both Saturday May 03, and Sunday May 04, 2008.

 

Every single member of an organization does have the right of being be informed of every single incidents of that organization, including the event and decisions.

 

Why the TASSC prevents its members to know the simple incidents? What else is happening at the TASSC office that you members are not informed about? Why someone who takes a call at the TASSC office should lie to a TASSC member and by false information misguide the TASSC members. What is the necessity of being lie to each other in an organization?  Is a Catholic Sister allowed to say a lie? What else is happening in the TASSC office? What else the TASSC office is hiding from you the members? Of course I knew who told her to say that lie.

Based on my personal experiences, studies, researches, and strong documents and evidences; in addition, the experiences you have shared:

 

Evidences, factual and circumstantial leads to the rational deduction that the TASSC herein is not what they claim to be. False representation and hidden agenda is indicia of duplicity deviant hypocrisy and fundamental dishonesty.

 

So, do not let them to monitor your minds, and do not let them to take advantage of you.

 

There are strong evidences to prove how TASSC supports Iran regime.
