Introduction:
1- In 1999 Iranian real freedom fighters and real revolutionaries found an Iranian human rights organization in the United States called Mission for Establishment of Human Rights in Iran (MEHR IRAN). An organization which the majority of its members were neither freedom fighters, nor revolutionaries, with some background of political activities against the Islamic Republic ruling Iran in 1981 which was enough for them to be executed by the Iranian criminal regime, so that they escaped from Iran and make it to Europe and then to the United States; they escaped because they were ordinary people of Iran who could not tolerate the political prisons and be executed, for they were not revolutionaries or freedom fighters.
2- On May 2002 after my interview with Las Vegas Tribune to disclose the U.S. Government refugee program inattention to my medical condition, by one of the U.S. Government departments I became familiar with the Center for Justice and Accountability (CJA). The U.S. Government department introduced me to CJA because at that time they just wanted to keep me quite, and in deed to shout my mouth, so that no more truths would be public regarding the injustice about the Iranian freedom fighters and revolutionaries. Even if the CJA wanted to help me was unable. Following the U.S. Government top secret order to the U.S. Justice Department, and the so-called American NGOs, nobody is allowed to follow the Iranian Lawsuits against the Islamic Republic ruling Iran in the United States; this comes as the result of a secret agreement in Al- Jazair between the U.S. Government and Islamic Republic from 1979 which ended to release of the U.S. hostages by the Islamic Republic of Iran, the elimination of the Jimmy Carter from the Presidential election and the victory of the Republicans against the Democrats. By that agreement the U.S. Government promised to avoid any action regarding to interior affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Although during the last 30 years the U.S. Governments have been acting like the enemy of the Iran regime, but always they have had their secret relationships and Iran regime has always had access to most sophisticated military products of the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and…
3- Have a look to the CJA website (Is Attached at the end); you can see everything other than the news of the crimes by the Islamic Republic of Iran against the Iranians, and against the humanity. This is because of the secret orders by the U.S. Governments to the CJA and many other so-called American NGOs, also the TASSC International. Even regarding to my name on the U.S. Government Watch List no one the TASSC, CJA, and ACLU did nothing to help me, although I am a U.S. Citizen, and although the U.S. Citizens names should not be on the watch List, but still I am an Iranian and CJA, ACLU, and TASSC are not allowed to enter the Iran affairs zone. Using the U.S. Government obligations, the Islamic Republic of Iran had a good opportunity to kill 125000 Iranian freedom fighters without facing any responsibility.
4- From January 2000 my arrival time to the United States/ Nevada, until May 2002 I faced all inattentions to my emergency medical needs by the U.S. Government because they wanted me die, so that they can say the U.S. Government did its best for Iranian Freedom Fighter, but he died because of his injuries as the result of the tortures in Iran. The U.S. Government and its refugee system wanted this for me because they knew that I do have entire information regarding to U.S. Governments and American companies’ cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran about the nuclear technology. Although as the result of pressures by me the PMOI disclosed the nuclear projects of Iran regime on March 2002, but they never mentioned the U.S. Government and American companies roles, so there were more information which the U.S. Government and refugee systems did not want I find opportunity to disclose them, but they were wrong and finally I did. My interview on May 2002 became public; therefore, under pressures by the United Nations the U.S. Government and its refugee system had to change their policy regarding to my case. The CJA and that U.S. Government department were just responsible to keep me quite and moth south, even when I asked them to remove my case from Nevada to San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington D.C, their answer was negative, while the torture survivors have better opportunities out of Nevada, and my case was not belonging to Nevada. Even the CJA did not let me know about TASSC International; although, from 2006 when I became familiar with the TASSC the TASSC International did nothing other than following the U.S. Secret Services policy, attempted to destroy my credibility by saying that Mokhtar is suffering mental disorders.
5- On September 2002, the MEHR IRAN did a grate job by a conference disclosed the Massacre of 30,000 political prisoners in Iran, a crime against humanity by the Islamic Republic ruling Iran in summer of 1988. As a survivor and witness of that massacre for the first time with my real name I disclosed that massacre within the conference organized by MEHR IRAN on September 1, 2002, while the entire MEHR IRAN members were facing the death by the Islamic Republic of Iran death brigades overseas. I was not afraid of myself, because as a freedom fighter and revolutionary with attention to my obligations to my Iranian peoples’ revolution against the Islamic Republic ruling Iran, I am ready to be assassinated anytime, anywhere, by anybody, but do not let the wheels of Iranians’ revolution stop. After the conference by the MEHR IRAN the Iranian people decided to support the MEHR IRAN in any way, and help them to disclose more crimes of the Iran regime.
6- Although the founder and the executive director of MEHR IRAN, Mr. Muhammad Parvin a former UCLA Professor many times interviewed with radio Voice of America, and radio Farda which their budgets comes directly from the CIA, and on 2005 he attended at the White House to discuses the human rights situation in Iran, but the Iranian wanted to help MEHR IRAN as much as they can. Of course there were and are situations that Iranian people try to fix the MEHR IRAN and have it to stay on Iranian Peoples’ Revolution and benefits.
7- On September 2003 working with the CJA, the MEHR IRAN started a case regarding to an Iranian- American torture survivor, Mr. Nikbin. During 1990s Mr. Nikbin as a U.S. Citizen traveled to Iran to marry an Iranian woman, but as he had changed his religion from Islam to Christianity and became a Mormon in 19980s while he was in the United States, the Islamic Republic of Iran arrested him at his wedding ceremony in Iran. He was subject to tortures, and then somehow he was able to escape and make it to United States where he was a Citizen. The CJA announced the lawsuit at the conference organized by MEHR IRAN to commemorate the victims of the 1988 massacre, on September 01, 2003. Somehow I had access to the lawsuit and announced my point of views regarding to its content and details, but very soon the Counter Intelligence and Counterterrorism Department of the Iranian People’ Revolution Against the Islamic Republic was informed of a common plot by both U.S. Government and Islamic Republic of Iran against the people who were involved of that lawsuit, so there was no way other than to make the plot disclosed to the U.S. Law Enforcements, and intelligence services which Iranian people did it to stop that plot to save the people who were involved of that lawsuit. Iranian people know how to punish the Iran regime agents inside the Iran, but in other countries they have no way other than “Following the Rules of the Land.”
8- The lawsuit against the Islamic Republic of Iran was stopped, but as the same time Iranian people were working to somehow to lead MEHR IRAN to a direction to finish the job successfully. That was very important for Iranians to win Mr. Nikbin’ case against the Islamic Republic of Iran because it could push the Iran regime at least to stop the death penalties in public. Finally MEHR IRAN was directed to the direction of victory. That was an historical event for Iranians that for the first time Islamic Republic of Iran was held liable for torture. Honestly I was shocked when I saw the news on the MEHR IRAN website.
9- As soon as I saw the news of the Iranian peoples’ victory against the Islamic Republic Ruling Iran, I sent it to entire my connection as well as TASS International. But, unfortunately against their so-called “Mission and Goals” (Which is attached); the TASSC International denied putting the news of the Iranian peoples’ victory which in deed was a victory to a torture survivor on their Website.
TASSC International’ “Mission and Goals” are as Follow:
MISSION

TASSC is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization and operates independently of any ideology, government or economic interest.
10- Based on their own so-called “Mission and Goals” the TASSC International was responsible to put the news of a victory of a torture survivor on their website apart from who this torture survivor is or where is from.
Followings are the text and contents of my corresponding with the TASSC International office regarding to this matter.
On Monday October 1, 2007 I sent the e-mail of that victory to the TASSC International office and requested them to put it on their Website.

We can’t put this out because it’s not clear what exactly is going on,
The court decided in favor of the regime last 2/2007
Their website has nothing current,
Orlando
On Wednesday, October 3, 2007 2:30 PM I answered:
Dear Orlando
They posted it on their web site
Please post it, for this is a very big victory for Iranians, and CJA after up to 10 years
Best regards,

Does CJa have a press release about this?
I wonder,

Again as I told you, the press release has to be rewritten to make things clearer.
The way it’s written you have to read it several times to understand the chronology
At first reading you even get the impression that the case decision was in 2003.
So why now? The role of cja is not clear also, you say that cja is out of it, then if
The lalwyer took it on his own then say it. I got the impression that cja was in charge.
It ‘s up to sister dianna if she wants to post the prss release on the Tassc website as it is
But we can’t change it coming from Mehr. It’s of course important news for survivors. Especially
Now that Iran is in the news.
We don’t want to impose on Mehr also that’s why I asked you
If the lawyer had something written.
Thanks for sharing this with us
Orlando

As you see on the picture of the Yahoo E-mail, Sister Dianna Ortiz the founder and the Executive director of TASSC International was informed by “CC”, and she knew what exactly is happening, but she did not take any action to stop Orlando Tizon illegal activity which was against the “Mission and Goals” of the TASSC International. Please note to how Orlando Tizon trying to hide himself behind Sister Dianna Ortiz at his last e-mail second paragraph, he wrote: “It ‘s up to sister dianna if she wants to post the prss release on the Tassc website as it”
Any way TASSC International supported the Iran criminal regime by denying putting the victory of an Iranian torture survivor on their website which was totally against the TASSC International “Mission and Goals”.
Before you read that victory news, please one more time attention to what Orlando Tizon wrote to within his e-mails. Orlando Tizon the helping Hand of TASSC International did not want the Iranian peoples’ victory on the TASSC Website, because the U.S. Governments do not let the American so-called NGOs get inside the Iran zone.
It seems in addition of Helping Hand For the TASSC International, Mr. Orlando Tizon is the Helping Hand for the U.S. Governments, U.S. Policymakers, and U.S. secret and intelligence services too!
This is why in “Open Letter To TASSC Members I wrote:
Exposure of the TASSC regarding the negative and corrupt people makes the TASSC a real independent organization.
Perhaps, then Sister Dianna Ortiz will tell you the entire truth about her resignation.

Monetary damages was awarded to Mr. Nikbin. This is an historic event. It is the first time that a ruling regime is held liable for torture. Contact Person: Dr. Mohammad Parvin MEHR Founding Director Te: (310) 384-8700 He testified as an expert witness about this case at the US Federal Court, D.C. on February 2, 2007 Background: In September 2003, after several years of hard work, MEHR Iran announced the filing of a lawsuit against the Islamic Regime of Iran (IRI), the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Ali Akbar Rafsanjani, and Ali Akbar Fallahian Khuzestani. MEHR Iran which had facilitated the lawsuit through the Center for Justice & Accountability (CJA), made the lawsuit announcement in a conference at the FURAMA Hotel in Los Angeles . This conference was organized by MEHR to commemorate the 1988 massacre of political prisoners in Iran . The lawsuit charged that agents of the Islamic Regime of Iran tortured the plaintiff, Gholam Nikbin, 56, who served three years in jail for his conversion to the Mormon faith and for permitting dancing at his wedding. Nikbin was whipped with an electric cable on his bare soles, flogged with a leather whip and hung upside-down during interrogation and punishment by Iran 's security forces in the mid-1990s. The torture damaged his kidneys and made walking difficult. The case was finally tried at the Federal Court of the United State on February 2, 2007. Dr. Pepper and three other trial lawyers presented the case and three witnesses testified on behalf of plaintiff. Dr. Parvin, the founding Director of MEHR testified as expert witness on human rights violation in Iran as well as the power structure of the Islamic regime in Iran . Judge Bates didn’t order punitive damages against the regime and its agencies. He also decided not to overturn his earlier order dismissing the case against Rafsanjani, holding that his personal contacts with the jurisdiction were not sufficient or consistent enough to justify personal jurisdiction For more background information, please refer to MEHR website at: http://mehr.org/index_massacre_2003.htm MEHR
After the lawsuit was filed, Dr. William F. Pepper who had worked with CJA to make the lawsuit possible, continued his efforts to prepare it for the trial. Dr. Pepper is an expert on international law issues and was the King Family's lawyer-investigator for the 1999 trial in Memphis for conspiracy to do harm to Martin Luther King.
