The name of the movie is The Siege, it released in 1998. I've seen it, it's pretty good. As you can see, it had some well known actors in it. I think it is a strong message for our time. This movie was made about 3 years before the 9-11 terrorist attacks. It even mentions on the box to the movie how similar it was to the 9-11 terrorist attacks. They recently released the Martial Law edition of the movie with the bonus material
